Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Meanwhile, we have our own factory.
 
Q2:Where is your factory located?
Our factory is in Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, China.
It's around 2.5 hour by train or 5 hours by car from Shanghai to our city. Briefly, we are near the Shanghai port. Especially, our city has own air port, Huai'an airport.
 
Q3:How many days for production delivery?
It costs 20-25 workdays for 2x40ft containers. Additionally,the sample order can be finished in 5 days under standard type.
 
Q4:What is your terms of payment?
In general, payment≤5000 USD,100% in advance. 
Besides, payment ≥ 5000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance after production completed but before being shipped.
 
Q5:How about quality control in your factory?
We strictly operate full QC process, such as incoming inspection, process inspection and final inspection. In other word, each product must be tested in production line before shipping.
 
Q6:How about guarantee?
We provide 1-year warranty for all products. If you are interested in our products, contact us for Generator Warranty Statement (1500/1800RPM), Generator Warranty Statement (3000/3600RPM).
 
Q7:Purchase Notes
Firstly, SR POWER works in international trade, as the manufacturing factory. Therefore, we can handle wholesale orders with containers' capacity.
Secondly, we aim to find our international generator dealer as business partners. Besides, in order to lower both labor and transportation cost, we can go on the sample order as start. For example, for portable machines, we can start from 10 sets as initial. And for industrial type, we can try 1 set as usual.
